Mrs. Laura had been amazing and so helpful with the whole move in process. Great communication, had us moved in, in no time. The neighborhood is quite for the most part. The maintenance guy I believe his name is Chad,I apologize if im wong but he a young gentlemen who is always friendly. He is on top of everything always explain the next step when fixing something asked if there anything else we need before leaving, always complete task in a timely manner.

We recently moved into the Elan Alicante La Costa Apartments and we are very grateful to have discovered this beautiful two bedroom unit in a choice location. Our apartment is spacious with lots of natural lighting and ammenities plus a peaceful outdoor patio with a great view of the golf course. Laura, our leasing agent, was wonderful. She came in on her day off to complete our application and was attentive to our needs from the walk through to handing us our new keys within less than an hour. We felt most welcome from the first moment leaving her office. Laura made our experience extremely pleasant and provided exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Elan Alicante La Costa Apartments.

We recently moved into the Elan Alicante Apartment Homes and we are grateful to have found them in La Costa. The two bedroom unit is spacious with plenty of light and a peaceful patio overlooking the golf course with many ammenities.. Laura, our leasing agent was very professional and friendly making our move-in a wonderful experience from walk through to handing us our new keys. My review is for Alex Rojas. I submitted a maintenance request to have the bathroom faucet fixed. He was very polite, understood when I asked not to enter with shoes in the apartment, did a great job fixing the faucet and made sure I had no further questions before he left.
